Placement of an order on this website constitutes a request for a quotation. No payment is required at the time of order submission. Following your request, a formal quotation will be sent to the email address provided. Acceptance of the quotation and subsequent payment will finalize the order.
2. Deliveries
We provide nationwide delivery for our fun food products and supplies. Delivery timelines and costs will be specified in the formal quotation. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
3. Cancellations and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. Cancellation requests for rentals must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date to qualify for a refund.
4. Equipment Rentals
Customers renting equipment are responsible for the safe operation and care of the machinery. Any damages incurred through misuse or negligence will be charged to the customer at current replacement or repair costs.
